# Signal Feed API — Terms of Service

> **Version 1.0, in force from 2026-10-27.** Reviewed by the publisher's lawyer before entry into force. Earlier versions are available on request.

**Seller:** Agrobroker LTD, 15 Gladston St., Burgas, Bulgaria, EIK 102676971, VAT BG102676971, contact: dinevdecor@gmail.com ("we").
**Service:** Signal Feed API at `https://signals.agenttrustapi.com` ("the Service").

## 1. What the Service is
1.1 The Service publishes, once per day, machine-readable market-regime indicators ("Issues"): rule-based labels and
the market data they are computed from (for example: BTC close vs moving averages, SPY vs its 200-day average, VIX
term structure). The rules are published in `/v1/catalog`.
1.2 Every Issue is identical for every buyer. The Service does not take into account any buyer's circumstances,
portfolio, objectives or risk tolerance. It is information, not a personal recommendation.
1.3 Issues are derived from our own virtual (paper) research accounts. They are not results of real-money trading
unless an Issue says so explicitly.

## 2. Access and payment
2.1 Paid access is per request over the x402 protocol. The price, network and asset are stated in each HTTP 402
response before you pay. You pay only after you have seen the offer, including the Issue date and its SHA-256 hash.
2.2 Payment is final once settled on-chain (see the Refund and Termination Policy for the cases where we refund).
2.3 Prices are stated in USDC and include 20% Bulgarian VAT. Payments are made on the Base network (mainnet) in USDC,
which has monetary value. A test network offer, if any, uses test tokens with no monetary value.
2.4 Free access: the catalog, OpenAPI description, ledger of Issue hashes, timestamp proofs and Issues older than
7 days.

## 3. Your responsibilities
3.1 You (or the person or organisation on whose behalf an automated agent acts) are responsible for every decision
taken with or without the Service. You must not treat any Issue as a promise of any result.
3.2 You may use Issues for your own purposes, including inside your own agents and products. You may not resell or
republish paid Issues before they become free (7 days after their date) without our written consent.
3.3 You must not attack, overload or try to obtain paid Issues without paying.

## 4. No guarantee of results
4.1 We do not promise or guarantee any return, profit or avoidance of loss. Past Issues and any published records
do not indicate future results. See the Risk Warning.
4.2 The Service is provided "as is". We aim for daily publication but do not guarantee availability. If the newest
Issue is too old, the Service refuses to sell it before any payment is taken.

## 5. Accountability we commit to
5.1 Published Issues are never edited or deleted. Corrections are published as new, dated records.
5.2 Each Issue's publication time is recorded in the ledger and anchored with OpenTimestamps.
5.3 We publish the full daily record of results of the source accounts behind each indicator, including all
losses, fees, deviations and periods without positions, labelled PAPER (`/v1/record`, `/v1/deviations`), and our
conflicts of interest (`/v1/disclosures`). Nothing in that record is edited after publication.

## 6. Liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the
Issues concerned in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages.
6.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer law.

## 7. Changes and termination
7.1 We may change these terms or the Service with notice in `/v1/catalog`; changes do not apply to Issues already
paid for. 7.2 Termination is governed by the Refund and Termination Policy.

## 8. Law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies. Courts in Burgas, Bulgaria, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer
protection rules of your country of residence.
