# Signal Feed API

> Daily market-regime context for trading agents: is the market risk-on or risk-off? One paid call returns
> today's issue of five rule-based market-state labels. Paid per call with x402, no account.

## When to use it

Call it once a day (a new issue appears after about 08:00 UTC) when an agent needs a quick risk-on / risk-off
context check before it sizes or gates trades. It is context, not a trade signal and not advice.

## What one issue contains

- BTC trend filter: close vs SMA20 and SMA50
- Trend scores for 9 altcoins
- US equity regime: SPY vs SMA200, VIX vs VIX3M term structure
- SPY RSI(2) state
- MSTR BTC filter

Every buyer gets the same issue. The call takes no input.

## Price and payment

- GET https://signals.agenttrustapi.com/v1/feed/latest
- x402 v2, scheme "exact", 0.10 USDC on Base mainnet (eip155:8453), 20% Bulgarian VAT included.
- The unpaid request returns HTTP 402 with the offer; pay it and repeat the request with the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header.
- The response carries the issue and a receipt (transaction, issue date, payload hash).

## Safe payment (for agents with a wallet)

Suggested spend policy:
- Pay only `https://signals.agenttrustapi.com/v1/feed/latest`, only to `0x8b0ad0CE12Ac86822c4d5dE442F5e445d14F9183`,
  only USDC on Base.
- At most 0.10 USDC per issue and 0.20 USDC per day. One new issue a day; the issue date and hash are in the offer.
- No blind retry of a failed payment. Stop on a non-200 answer or a duplicate charge, and request a refund under
  /legal/refunds.

Independent check before signing:
- Agent Trust API's payment preflight (`POST https://api.agenttrustapi.com/v1/preflight/payment`, same seller)
  answers ALLOW / REVIEW / BLOCK for one exact payment tuple.
- It checks the 402 offer, binds the payee to the resource and, with a signed delegation, checks that the agent is
  authorized for exactly this payment.
